NAPOLEON is a neutered black Lab, an elder statesman of 10+ years, born in September of 1999. He's mostly a quiet dog, barking only to let you know when someone is coming, or howling for a short time when he gets lonely. He has no health problems and seems in great shape for his age. He was surrendered because he's too big and strong walking on lead, and needs a fenced yard if left alone outside. He likes to be with his person and not outside by himself. Walks and car rides are favorite activities, but his favorite pastime is lying on the couch cuddled up next to his person. He's probably not good with cats, and because of his size, he needs a home with no small children. The Ark will waive his adoption fee to an approved home and may help with certain age-related medical expenses.
