BEN is a handsome, 2 year old neutered male, found outside with no family of his own, hobbling around after he'd been bitten by another animal. If you're looking for an affectionate companion who loves to be held, enjoys being petted, and thinks the finest place to relax is in your lap, this orange-striped fellow with the cute face is the boy for you. CAPRICE is a 2 year old, lovely orange tiger who came to us as a stray. A pretty girl, recently spayed, she hasn't been with us long enough to know all about her personality, but it is already clear that she will make someone a very nice companion. Click on her photo for a larger view.
CHINTO is a 9 month-old spayed female, pretty as can be, outgoing and very playful. A delicate tortoise shell, she likes to be petted, and she likes to play. Chinto is an easy going girl who gets along with other cats, although she's missing her very best friend, her sister Macy, who was adopted shortly after arriving at the shelter. HARLEY is a Golden Years pet (no adoption fee for seniors) with a lovely personality. He's a neutered 9 year-old, every bit as sweet as he is handsome. Declawed before he came to us, Harley is an indoors-only fellow who prefers a soft lap. Click on his photo for a larger view.
JOE LOUIS is a 3 year old, orange and white, neutered male, just as cute as he can be. While we know he likes to be petted, he's new to the shelter and a little sad right now, so he doesn't come out very often to allow us to evaluate his special qualities. Once Joe gets used to his new environment with lots of other feline friends, and he realizes that all new the people he's meeting may be a source of the pats he loves, we'll have more information. MINNIE is a black, 9 month-old spayed teenager with a white bib and a cute white spot on her nose. She is a sweet girl with people, although she's not crazy about other cats upon first meeting. Minnie likes attention, purring up a storm when she's cuddling in your arms or curled up in your lap. Click on her photo for a larger view.
PETUNIA is pictured here with her kittens, born at the shelter. Petunia is a black and white, 2 year-old sweetheart with big green eyes and a gentle spirit. POLLY is a 2 year old, marbled tortoise shell, with light splotches on her face. While this spayed girl can be bossy with other cats, she's very affectionate with people. SONNY is a neutered male, only 4 months old. While he's a little skittish with small children if they chase him, he warms up quickly and is always up for a pat when people come his way. SYLVESTER is a black and white tuxedo with a cute pink nose. This very sweet, impressively big boy has everything to recommend him. A 7 year-old neutered male, Sylvester gets along with other cats, and loves to be made of. A big baby, Sylvester is an indoors-only fella who will sit in your lap, purring up a storm when he's cuddled and petted. He's also entertaining, playing with his toys and with any person who'll engage him in playtime. TWEETIE is an active, 2 year old, neutered gray tiger. With his white face, white bib and white mittens decorating his coat, this boy is a real cutie. He gets along well with other cats, he likes to play, and he really enjoys being petted. Tweetie is not really a shy cat, but he's a little unsure of himself right now at this busy shelter. TYRA is a 4 month old spayed kitten. She's an unusually marked, delicate black girl with very faint brown stripes. As you might guess, this youngster is playful and entertaining.
