JOE LOUIS is a 3 year old, orange and white, neutered male, just as cute as he can be. While we know he likes to be petted, he's new to the shelter and a little sad right now, so he doesn't come out very often to allow us to evaluate his special qualities. Once Joe gets used to his new environment with lots of other feline friends, and he realizes that all new the people he's meeting may be a source of the pats he loves, we'll have more information.
